Who sells to you
Orders placed from the European Union are sold and invoiced by the German business, which also produces and dispatches the sets from Hamburg. Orders placed from Ukraine are sold and invoiced by the Ukrainian sole trader. The set, the price and the training are the same either way; what differs is who your contract is with and whose name is on the invoice.
No value added tax is charged in either case, so the prices shown on this site are the final prices you pay.

Production and dispatch
Physical sets are printed and dispatched within the European Union, from Hamburg, Germany. Orders placed from EU member states are therefore delivered without customs clearance or import duty.
Printing and dispatch are handled by the German business itself. There is no intermediary: your contract, your invoice and your parcel all come from the same seller, and any question or complaint about an order is answered by Olha Loresh directly.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and — unless stated otherwise — we do not do so.
