Olga Loresh LORESH·GAMES
Facilitator certification

Lead the game
as your own practice.

You receive the printed set, the whole method and a certificate giving you the right to run Sex&Money for money. Three options — €800, €1000 and €1200 — each printed in your language, posted from Hamburg, delivered anywhere in the EU with no customs to clear. What you charge your players is yours: no royalties, no monthly fee, no cut per table.

Fit

This pays for itself in a practice you already have.

The set is an investment in a service you will sell, not a course you will finish. It works for someone with an audience — even a small one — and it does not work as a first step into a new profession.

It fits you if

You already run sessions, circles or consultations and people pay you for them.

It fits you if

You have somewhere to invite six people from — a client list, a channel, a community, a room.

It does not fit if

You want to be trained into a new profession from zero. The game is a tool, not a diploma.

It does not fit if

You need every question scripted. The cards ask; the silence after them is your work.

01 · The set

A physical set, printed for you and shipped.

Nothing is pulled off a shelf: printing starts after you order, in the language you will run the game in. One box, produced to the same specification as Olga's own, and a working set from the first evening — nothing to cut, print or assemble yourself.

  • The board Printed on fabric or banner stock, rolls up, travels to any room.
  • Nine decks · 280 cards 300 gsm, double-sided, matt soft-touch lamination.
  • Player workbooks, A4 Creased and ready — with the right to reprint them for your own games.
  • A5 note cards, two designs What players take home from the table.
  • 800 game banknotes 395 dollar notes and 405 heart notes, the two currencies of the board.
  • Dice, tokens and pouches For up to six players at one table.
  • The rulebook and the Treasury card The mechanics in print, so nothing rests on memory.
  • Certificates for your participants Signed and sealed at the end of your session — with stamp and wax.
  • Your facilitator certificate Personal, naming your right to run Sex&Money commercially.
  • The box Everything in one case, sized to carry.

The language is your choice, and the parcel is a domestic one. English, Russian and Ukrainian are ready to print; any other language — German, Polish, Spanish — is translated for you first. Printing and dispatch happen inside the EU, from Hamburg, so there is no customs clearance and no import duty to pay. Fourteen days from payment for an English set, twenty when a new language has to be translated first. [Confirm whether the player workbook ships printed or as a print-ready file.]

02 · The method

Everything that is not printed on the cards.

The rules take an hour to learn. The rest is about the room: what to do with what comes up once people start telling the truth in front of each other. You get that in writing with every option, on video from €1000, and live with Olga at €1200.

01

Opening

How to set the frame in the first fifteen minutes: confidentiality, the request each player names out loud, and why you never let anyone choose their own starting sector.

02

Holding

What to do when a player shuts down, jokes their way out, cries, or takes the whole table's time. How to keep six people moving without hurrying anyone.

03

Closing

How to end an evening so that nobody leaves raw: the mirror round, the certificates, and what you say to the person who wants to keep talking at the door.

In the €1200 option the three live lessons are taught by Olga herself — three hours each, nine hours in total, with your own questions answered on the call. They are held in Russian. If you do not speak it, the €1000 option is the one to take: the video course is voiced in your language, and you lose nothing of the method. Whichever option you take, the certificate follows a trial game — you run one full session, online or in person, and it is reviewed before you are certified.

03 · Your first players

"And where exactly do I find six people?"

It is the question that decides whether the set is worth buying, so the answer is a list of things you are handed — not a promise of support. This is the same launch plan the game itself was promoted with, written out for you to run.

  • A four-week launch calendar Day by day: what to publish, in what order, and what each post is for. The first fortnight fills tables; the second turns the people who watched into buyers of your next one.
  • Five ready video scripts Hook, full text, what is on screen, what the call to action is. Three of them introduce you, one proves the game works, one is the piece that actually fills a table.
  • The five content themes, with proportions An anonymised insight from a game 30%, a provocation 25%, the facilitator's kitchen 20%, your own story 15%, a direct offer 10%. You never open the app wondering what to post.
  • The two posts that sell hardest What a facilitator really earns, with honest numbers — and who should not buy this game. Writing that filters sells better than writing that beckons.
  • How to get past the platforms Meta restricts "sex" next to "money". The kit gives you the wordings that pass moderation and the rule of writing the name in Latin script, so your reach is not quietly throttled.
  • The invitation and the consent form The announcement text for an open game, and the written permission form for publishing a participant's story afterwards. On this subject that is not a formality.
  • The repurposing rule One evening at the table becomes four pieces of content. You produce two topics a week, not seven, and still post every day.

The kit comes with all three options — it is the answer to the question that decides the purchase, so it is not something to pay extra for. In the €1200 option one of the three live hours is spent on your launch: your audience, your first announcement, your first table.

The honest version of the answer: your first table comes from the people who already know you, and it is usually smaller than six. The plan above is built around that fact rather than around a promise of traffic. The game is new to the European market — there is no network of facilitators to join yet, which means you are early rather than looked after. A facilitators' group and a shared calendar of public games are planned once enough people are running tables to make them worth opening.

The numbers

What one table brings in.

Six seats, three hours, and the whole fee stays with you. Put your own numbers in — a seat in Berlin is not priced like a seat in Kyiv.

One session brings in
Sessions to earn the set back

Gross, before your own costs: the room, the coffee, and whatever you spend on promotion. Everything after that number is yours.

At €80 a seat — a normal price for a three-hour group session in most of Europe — a full table brings in €480, and the set is paid off by your second or third game. Everything after that is margin on a service you can run once a month for years. The same arithmetic has already been tested in Ukraine, where facilitators pay the set off in about four games at local seat prices.

Three ways in

The same set three times. What changes is how you are taught.

Every option includes the complete physical set, printed in your language, delivered anywhere in the EU, and the certificate that lets you run the game commercially. The difference is whether you learn the method from a text, from video, or from Olga.

The route

From application to your first paid table.

01

Application and call

You write, we speak for half an hour. Olga certifies people she believes can hold a table — if that is not you yet, you will be told so on the call.

02

Printing and training

You name the language, your set goes to press in Hamburg, and you work through the method while it is produced. Fourteen days to your door in the EU, twenty if a new language is being translated first.

03

Trial game and certificate

You run one full session — online or in person, whichever suits you — and it is reviewed. Then the certificate is issued in your name and the game is yours to run for money, as often as you like, at whatever price your city bears.

Before you apply

Questions people ask on the call.

No. You buy the set once and keep every fee you charge. There is no royalty on a table, no monthly membership and no reporting of what you earn.

The written manual and the video course come in your language — the course is voiced rather than subtitled, so you watch it the way you would watch a lesson. The localisation is produced with voice synthesis, which is why a new language takes days instead of months. The three live lessons in the €1200 option are held in Russian, because they are live and Olga teaches them herself.

If you do not speak Russian, take the €1000 option: you get the same method, in your own language, and nothing about the game is held back.

In the one you order it in. Nothing is printed until there is a buyer, so the set is produced in your language rather than adapted to it. English, Russian and Ukrainian are ready now; any other language is translated first, which adds about a week before printing starts.

Nothing extra, and no. Your set is printed and posted from Hamburg, so it never crosses an EU border — there is no customs clearance and no import duty. €800, €1000 or €1200 is what you pay in total.

Fourteen days from payment for an English set, twenty when your language has to be translated first. Ten days within Ukraine.

A trial game rather than an exam. You run one full session, online or in person, and it is reviewed before your certificate is issued. It exists so that your first paid table is not also your first table.

[Digital board status — the Miro version. Confirm whether it is included, extra, or planned.]

Yes. The set includes a men's deck, and mixed tables work — with the caveat that a mixed table needs a firmer hand on the frame. This is covered in the training.

[EU consumer law gives 14 days of withdrawal on distance sales, with specific exceptions for made-to-order goods and for digital content already accessed. This answer and the terms page must be checked by a lawyer before launch.]
